   ha ...  finally I got myself a " Jump rope " with a counter  ..    終於  買到  跳繩      還是個有計數器的跳繩     

 以為  跳15分鐘  應該是很簡單   後來   發現   才五分鐘 就氣喘虛虛       .............   thought  jumping rope for 15 minutes  wouldn't be difficult to achieve  ...  but I was out of  breath within 5 minutes .......  :(
