My parents are home from their trip to Xi- An , China
as always ... they bought a lot of " souvenir " - foods , most of them - but this time the suitcase that carries all the foods is missing , hoefully , it will be recovered by tomorrow .
我爸媽 從西安 玩回來 一樣 又是買一堆紀念品 大多都是吃的 不過 這次裝吃的行李箱 居然不見了 .......... 希望明天能找到
However , to my surprise , my mom bought 3 brand- name wallets in Hong KONG for me , my sister and my brother - two COACH , one BALLY - each costs more than NT 6000 ....
很驚訝的是
我媽 這次 居然 買了三個 名牌皮夾 給我們當紀念品 因為 他說 她一直想買個名牌皮夾給我們 算是 她的部分夢想 ................. 
這個 說法 很奇怪
my mom said that this was kinda her dream to buy us a brand name wallet ..... it does sound a bit strange ... :)
不過 因為我爸爸 一直反對 買這麼貴的東西給我們 於是 我媽 少買一個 - 我妹夫 沒有 因此 我媽從回來後 就一直唸 最後 決定 他們11月 要去 泰國清邁 打球
再補買一個 送他.......................
but my dad thinks the opposite ... so my mom only bought 3 , instead of 4 wallets , one for my brother in law , coz my dad was nagging her when she bought them ..
still my mom couldn't let go of it , she feels really guilty about this , so she decided to buy one more for my brother in law when they go to Thailand for Golf next month
我媽 真的是 很會賺錢 偏偏 兩個女兒中的一個- 我 就 很會花錢 不會賺錢 ....................................... 
財庫都破光啦 .......
how come my mom is capable of making money ... while one of her two daughters - me , is capable of SPENDING money ..and not good at making money ...
this is sad .... :(
對於紀念品 我一直覺得 對於常出國到處跑的人來說 是某種壓力 ......................
as for SOUVENIR , I always think it is somehow a pressure for someone who travels a lot .....
以前 我很會買 但是 發現 往往 旅費有三分之一 可能都是花在買紀念品上 加上 行李箱不見得有位置放
慢慢的 我不太買 常常 買的人有壓力 收的人也有壓力 因為 就跟包紅包一樣 要還的 .............
I used to buy a lot of souvenir for every one ... my family , my uncle , aunt .... after realising 1/3 of my expenses was spent on souvenir .. plus , there wasn;t often enough space in the suitcase ... I have stopped trying to shop for everyone .... only when I see something that is suitable :)
I love my parents .... 
I love my Family .... we love and care for each other in our own way ... :)
