Tanya & Hua Loo Loo in Switzerland

I have always liked cooking .... but couldn't find time to do it , or just simply find it difficult to get the right kind of ingredients...or don't have the right equipment ...for example , a BIG oven .... That's been one of my dreams to have a BIG oven in my OWn house after I get married .......    BUT ... the main reason is ...I am "LAZY"       

Anyway, I followed the recipe on one of my friend's friend's blog ....  and had a try for the first time....   LOOKing Good , but only I think I should have put more onions in it .... and maybe shouldn't have put so much salt ....   well, we all learn from mistakes , don't we ?   I will try it again this weekend ....or next week whenever I have time ....
