When Tanya was in Switzerland , I had this Swiss dish- "Roesti " a few times ...I really like it ... "Roesti" is another popular dish besides the famous "Cheese Fondu" in Switzerland ..... It's easy to make too... Too bad that I didn't have a better digital camera at the time I took this picture , so it doesn't look as good as it really is ....It tastes really good as well.... So proud of myself now .... :)
