have been getting quite a few post cards ... mainly from my HB ... and some from Susana and Jureg :)
this is one of my favorite postcards I got from HB ...
not just because of the beautiful picture but also my HB's hand writing on it ... so sweet .. so cute ... 
he showed me on the card where his "surfing camp" was and where he was ...
I just love him ... 
it's June ...
have been getting up early - at 7:30 , going to the gym , working out and swimming every day (except Sat & Sun ) since May ...
have been taking Chinese medicine for a month too ...
once I spend my morning to work out ... all of the sudden , I have got a lot of free time in the afternoon ...
and I even get up earlier on the weekend too ...
which is a good sign .
my hair ... is really long ..reaching down my "waist " now ...
thinking to have it trimmed a bit and perhaps getting another cool perm for the summer ..... or for our ROMANTIC Hawaii vacation in August
wearing my hair down ...naked , and having a photo taken like that sounds like a good idea ... ha ha
