I didn't yell at them nor shut ...
I told to them (the customer service people ) very nicely ...
explained everything and I even uploaded the photos I showed you here yesterday to my Flickr and showed them the link ..
I only asked them to try to understand my position to do whatever they could to either give me a 100% GOOD , FLAWLESS digital frame that will not have any problems again or to give me the refund ...
of course , they first said it would not be possible to give me the refund ..but they will ask their supervisor and call me back ..

請他們將心比心的體諒我要求退費的請求
要不他們也可以保證提供一台肯定沒問題的機子給我
一開始 他們說不太可能 但是會與主管聯絡 再回電
今天
回電給我說 可以幫我辦退貨 就等我將電子發票給她 由他們與興奇公司聯絡辦理退款手續
沒想到
退款請求成功
我想要是他們常在修理更換我的商品 光是人力取貨送貨這些也是成本 到不如直接退款給我
加上 我將相片po在Flickr給他們看 多少他們心裡也有壓力吧
總之 我還不知道我這是幸運還是倒楣ㄟ

下一台相框 想買上次在瑞士看到的Apple的像框 哈 不過等今年底再說了
and they did call me back today , and told me that they could give me the rufund ... :)
I only need to forward them the receipt and they would do the rest ... just hope everything works out :)
I don't know if I should consider this lucky or unlucky ...after all the trouble and time I still haven't got a good digital photo frame ...
