Tanya & Hua Loo Loo in Switzerland

Got a call from my aunt , she was asking how my dad is doing .. 
He is going back to the hospital tomorrow ...   

my aunt told me that one of her neighbors has recently recovered from cancer ... and she thinks that keeping a good mood and exercisng regularly are the key to his recovery .  

Will be away for a month next week . . and really do hope that my dad is all healthy and happy ...  

keep exercising and have healthy diets ...  the most important of all is to keep a young heart ...  being possitive ...........  and enjoy your life and spend time with your love ones ......
