first time trying to back ZOPF ...   though I have seen my HB making zopf ,and also Angela's blog for zopf recipe ...but I don't think I did it quite right  ~ it doesn't taste the same as I remember ...

will try again ... 



(my mom's new fancy oven ... 回台灣後 發現我媽的最新敗家物- 一台新的烤箱-  聽說花了三萬元   我媽是瘋了嗎 ?    ) 

(這次將一個大的辮子麵包做成兩個小的  I made two smaller ones instead of one big one )


第一次嘗試做瑞士的辮子麵包 zopf ...   其實就是一種軟的白麵包 

雖然看過他做過 也參考了Angela的網誌關於辮子麵包的作法以及編法 - 啊 結果還是給他編錯的樣子  口感似乎跟我記得的有不一樣 

下次再來做一次看看 












however ... my mom seems to like it a lot ...   asking me to make some more next week ...


my dad wants me to try some new flavor ... to put some raisins ..nuts ...in the dough  


我媽似乎很喜歡  要我下週多做一點   

我爸則要我嘗試不同口味- 也就是說台式口味  放入一些葡萄乾 堅果 等等的 


好吧   趁家中有新烤箱  目前還不是太忙 就來搞搞怪麵包好了   


第二次辮子麵包 下週揭曉
