以上是所需材料   自己看   


把煉乳直接放入水中煮兩小時 


把消化餅乾裝進袋子在用桿麵棍隻類的東西壓成餅乾屑  



像這樣   把他放在一各派盤內




將溶化的奶油跟餅乾屑伴在一起 




用湯匙壓成派皮   放進冰箱讓他固定型



兩小時後 煮好的煉乳會變成焦糖狀  

將他倒在派皮上舖勻    





接著將切片的香蕉舖上去  或是 先舖香蕉 再到煉乳都可以




在將打發的鮮奶油放上去   若想要有美麗的外觀 可以灑上巧克力粉    

完成 哈哈 先警告你們 這是一道很甜的甜點       




I have this very terrible habit  of mine that I really need to break - I can't keep focusing on the same thing for too long , I tend to find other thing to do ...therefore , I have a lot of unattended things lying on my desk ....    like this afternoon after working at the school , running some errunds , I should have been working on the stuff I agreed to help a friend of mine .... instead , I found myself running in and out the kitchen making a Banoffee Pie ...   drinking white wine ...to get ready for the party tonight ......      and I am having  more classes later .............  I have a rather busy schedule this weekend....   

and it needs to be done by Monday ..  shit ......    I really can't get used to the funny tone most British People have at the end of each sentence when they speak ...
Somebody , just shoot me .....

我有時真的很受不了自己的專心程度     我大概除了看電影能專心兩小時  其他事情我常常會事情做一半 然後又找另一件事情來做  就這樣越來越多未完成的東西
我今天是一早忙著去上課  又忙著處理一些雜事  回家後我是應該坐下來把答應幫朋友的忙弄完 雖然 我發現還真是難耶   我真的覺得英國人的尾音很刺耳 哈哈 

結果 我居然開始弄起香蕉派  看電視 回信  .............................     上課 然後又東摸西摸    天啊
