today as usual I went to the gym for an hour work out ...
I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes without stopping - which is quite a progress for me - for someone like me who never liked to run
then I did 100 sit-ups and 2 sets of weigh-training - target on my front and back thighs and arms
then I went to the dressing room to change - don't like to take a shower there so I usually go home for shower ,except when I go swimming
今天又一樣的去了健身房
今天一樣 在跑步機上連續不停的跑了30分鐘-對我來說是破紀錄 因為不太愛跑步
接著 再做了100個仰臥起坐 再做了兩組不同的重量訓練 - 針對大腿前後側以及手臂
接著就去更衣室換衣服 - 不太愛在那洗澡 雖然設施不錯 不過寧願回家洗比比較方便 除非我剛好去游泳
and as always I saw a lot of naked women in the dressing room ... from young to old ...
it's inevitable that I see their bodies ... tall , short , slim or fat ... boobs hanging ....
and a lot stretch marks over their bellies , thighs and butts ...
a lof of them would rub and massage their bodies with all different kinds of skin fitness products ..
I think it isn't easy being a woman ... when we are young , we have to keep our appearance "presentable" and work hard to get a curvy figure ..
yes , "appearance " is not everything ... only "personality " counts .
but " how we look " definitely has taken a significant part in our relationships ...
so women's biggest challenge is to maintain "attractive" - even after giving birth - we have to fight against aging ,wrinkles, cellulite , stretch marks and loose vigina ..
anyhow , keeping a regular exercise habit is good - for both your body and mind .
在更衣室中 有很多多著身體走來走去的"肉體" 從年輕到老
不可避免的 眼睛總是會看到
看到一些在眼前晃動的胸部 屁股
我絕得當女人真的辛苦
當我看到好多看似年輕的小姐身上有著很多 肥胖紋 妊娠紋 在他們的肚子 腰部 甚至臀部都有
還有很多人認真的在身上塗塗抹抹那些瘦身霜等等
來這努力運動
年輕時 要努力維持好身材以及要讓自己"好看" 才有人要啊
結婚後 要做家事
更大的挑戰女人要面對的是生產 生產後出現的肥胖 妊娠紋 陰道鬆弛等
女人似乎都再對抗老化 皺紋 脂肪團等等
當然外表不是一切 個性最重要
不過 保持一個"賞心悅目"的儀容 在很多夫妻關係還是個不可或缺的條件吧
畢竟 人都是視覺動物
就算不是為對方
保持規律運動習慣對自己的身體以及心靈都有好處 是吧
