Fondue Chinoise hereis not exactly the " Hot Pot " we have in Taiwan ....    

the ingredient in the " fondue " and the dip they take with the " fondue " here are very different too ... 

not to mention the way they " cook " it ...  


這裡流行"中國火鍋"    超市都有賣 火鍋片   不過 不只材料不一樣 連沾醬都是不一樣  煮法更是不同 





HB suggested having FONDUE CHINOISE for dinner ....     then we went shopping for the needed ingredients ... 

we bought some really good meat - beef , veal , lamb and chincken ....  instead of the regular beef slices for fondue chinoise here ... 

他建議吃中式火鍋  於是去買需要的材料  他絕得冷凍火鍋肉片不好吃   於是買了很貴的牛肉 小牛肉 以及 雞肉 還有羊肉  

在我聽到他們的中式火鍋是什麼樣子之後 我決定混合台灣火鍋的煮法  於是買了我要的火鍋料 青菜 玉米等等  還有冬粉 以及小白菜 


when I found out how they make their so called " fondue Chinoise " , I decided to make my very Taiwanese fondue ( hotpot )  so I bought some vegetables , chinese cabbage and  green bean noodles .... 





however the dips here to go with the fondue chinoise are really interesting ....   they are more like BBQ dips ... 

and the " pot " they use for fondue chinoise is rather small.....   so I changed it to a BIGGER POT  

and I brought  the special " sauce " for hot pot in Taiwan ....  so I had a perfect Taiwanese hot pot that night

然而 他們所用的沾料 非常的有趣  其實比較像是烤肉用的沾醬 有塔塔醬等等.....  鍋子也是起士火鍋的小小鍋  所以我硬是弄了一個大一點的鍋子來煮


首先 先在廚房將白菜以及高湯塊煮一會     在用牛頭牌沙茶醬加上蛋黃 糖 醬油 來做火鍋醬 








但是 他們還是堅持用瑞士方法來煮肉  也就是  用起士火鍋的叉子 叉起一片一片的肉 放進鍋裡煮  不像我們是一堆肉放進去煮  


不過  味道已經跟台灣吃的很接近啦  尤其是有沙茶醬   完全就是不一樣 


we still followed the SWISS way to cook the meat ....  which is , using the fork to cook the meat piece by piece .....    in Taiwan , we put in small amount of  meat all in once  for people to share ... 



but I am happy that it tasted almost the same as the one we usually have in Taiwan .... :)
