Tanya & Hua Loo Loo in Switzerland

第一次 試著做牛肉麵   原本是要燉牛肉 做燴飯   結果臨時決定做個紅燒牛肉麵看看 

因為臨時  所以並沒有"麵"  只有用"冬粉"  哈哈 

白蘿蔔與紅蘿蔔   還有燉很久的牛肉    


牛肉燴飯也是大成功   下次要來改一下味道    蕃茄多一點  


first time trying to make the popular Taiwanese Beef noodles ....     was supposed to make beef stew with rice ... then I decided to take another spontaneous act by making it the beef noodles ...   without the real noodles ... I used also my favorite " Green bean noodles " instead . 


it was not bad ... ha ha 


next time I am going to make my own noodles too ...
