after saying goodbye to Lilian , we found a really nice Wellness Hotel and checked in - Hotel ADULA in Flims
we stayed in a newly furbished Junior suite , and a 5 course meal for dinner - I tried my very first " Vension tasting " experience , enjoying some local fine red wine ( I think we had a whole bottle of red here ? )
在找到住宿地方後 - 一家很棒的健康spa 的飯店 , 幸運的我們住在剛剛重新裝潢好的Junior 套房 採光超棒 浴室超大....
晚上在飯店餐廳享受五道菜大餐 前菜 沙拉 湯 主菜 - 生平第一次 吃"鹿肉" 因為完全是像炭烤牛排 所以很好吃 甜點 又好像我們兩人喝完一瓶當地出產的紅酒

隔天下午享受好幾個小時的spa外
說到Spa , 在瑞士 都是男女共浴 全裸 除了 你在每區穿梭時 大家會將浴巾圍著 但是不管是烤箱 芳香蒸氣 冷療區 都是大家男男女女全裸 要是害羞 浴巾是可以圍著
不過 到盥洗shower區 你還是一樣得將浴巾掛在牆上 一樣都是沒有"隱私" 沒有門啊 之類的 不過 他們敢這樣做事因為 瑞士人不會眼睛一直盯著大家的裸體看 很有共識的 大家都是各自享受各自的Spa ...你不會感覺有人一直盯著你 (或許會偷看- 像我就忍不住偷偷看了一下 哈哈 ) 之後再回台灣前又去洗了 "土耳其浴" 奢華的設計 一樣又是男女共浴 不過這次是大家都是圍著浴巾 但是 在shower區 一樣又是大家得在沒有遮蔽物下洗澡 ............
這次的經驗後 我決定 我下次要挑戰 "Nude Beach " 裸體海灘 .............................................
enjoying really relaxing spa the next day .......... speaking of which , this was also my FIRT experience of being " naked " in front of other men and women in a spa ...
I remember my friend Lilian has told me once about the spa place here in Switzerland is for men and women both , so I could see people naked in the sauna , steam room .... even you could have a towel wrapped around you while you are enjoying spa .. you still have to take it off and hang it on the wall when you shower , and the shower area is again , shared by men and women ... without much privacy .
luckily , people there do not " stare " at each other .... they might " peek " a bit , just like I " did " ... ha ha 
before I left Switzerland , we had a " turkish Bath " , which has a more luxurious interior design ...and it is really relaxing as well , only this one , you get to keep your towel on , but again , in the shower area is open for men and women .... after these experiences ... I think I am ready for " Nude Beach " the next time
the next day , before we checked out , there were some tea , cakes there for guests to enjoy ................. nice
