first you choose a ceramic piece , then sketch your design on it .....   

      


you can draw on the back as well................. 


         


then color it with different underglazes  ......


         






           




         


then they will do the rest for you - to fire it  in their kilns  ... need to wait for 4- 5 days .....

     It's not perfect .....   since it's hand painted ...it shouldn't look perfect anyway ....     
the Process is the most important ........................   


        

NOw I out my rings , earrings ... necklaces in it ....     pretty cool ....   :)   



            I  really enjoy painting it ....   ...  sometimes you need to erase it ... or wash the  paint off and repaint it again.....   however,  I feel so peaceful  and calm while I am working on it .......      I am doing my second piece - a Vase ....   :)          I think this will become my one of my regular activities , besides swimming , photo taking ..............   :)      You should try it...
