Tanya & Hua Loo Loo in Switzerland

I think I am an idiot . ......   bought a tool book about Photoimpact 11 which is the easiest one I could find in the bookstore , you know the one with a lot of pictures. I have read it like two times .... still can't understand anything .................  SHIT !   

I need miracle from God ..................    please help me .......

I can't believe that the school has again screwed up my "certificate of employment " .........   why ?? ?????    Now I will have to pick it up myself tomorrow .............   NOT AGAIN !!  :(
